Christmas begins on the Eve of. We leave Santa's favorite shortbread cookies next to his hot coca that is topped with marshmallows and a candy cane that hangs on one side of the mug. Santa always leaves a bible for one of the kids because he believes in Jesus like we do. I hope yours is as sweet as ours. MERRRY CHRISTMAS!!
Natural, colorful, and exquisite are my Mom's arrangements and I'm not just saying that. I recommend her because she's the best at floral arrangement. Have a look for yourself and I wish you the Merriest of Christmases today and this weekend. I'm feeling merry 'cuz I'm almost done with my shopping--keyword: almost. ;) And I love going out in the buckets of rain. It gives me a good reason to buy an oversized umbrella. You know, those kinds that are big enough to cover all 5 of us but I digress.

I just was walking down to take a seat beside my hubby because we like sitting in the front row of the sanctuary. But along the way, Stacey stopped and greeted me and followed by popping the question, "Will you take pictures of my kids and nieces?"
Fast forward to some of many beautiful photos I took that cold, wintry day. The kids were all great sports and well deserved the balloons.

No one came in a black tie on Thanksgiving like I requested. Only my lil' bro did and I was thrilled. He even made sparkling cranberry elixirs in full black tie garb. Well yesterday I arranged for another family picture after seeing Jasmine's. Here are ours with the cutest picture of Ryder-bebeh.
She said this is part of his proposal: a Mariachi band blasting harmonies in key of E singing of happiness. So naturally, that same band played during major parts of their marriage ceremony. It made for something authentic, pure and connected everyone to the culture which so tightly is plugged into these two. Both Holly, everyone around and I were caught up in Mariella's Mom's tears when she saw her daughter in her dress. Her Maid of Honor said she looked like Catherine Zeta-Jones and I agree. Her soul makes her that beautiful and the Mantilla veil seals the deal. I wish I took a picture of the bull in its pen at the front of her ranch home. This place is beautiful and immaculate. Holly says she has plans to come back and do a bridal session with Mariella's Dad's horses which live in stables in their backyard. NICE!
